What is the different between‘being healthy’and ‘Disease free'?

'being healthy' means that your body's immune system is very good and the most important thing is that it means that you are both mentally and physically fit and healthy but 'disease free' means that you are not so well like a healthy person but at least you do not have any diseases and you are free from bacterial infections.

Being healthy and disease free are basic states of normal human.a healthy person can be disease free but a disease free person may or may not be healthy.
Healthy— a physical state of being mentally,emotionally, physically well.
Disease free— state of body which is free from diseases.
