What is the differnce between Sedition Act and Rowlett Act?

(i) Sedition Act 1870 allowed the government to arrest any person who was seen protesting or crticising the british authority without having any fair trial in the court. Under this act people were arrested without telling the reason of imprisonment.

(ii) In Rowlatt Act introduced in 1919, any person could be imprisoned on behalf of suspect without any trial in the court. Rowlat Act was the extended emergency measure of preventive indefinite detention.
