First of all it depends for which class you are giving the ANTHE, aakash also use to have ANTHE for foundation batch which includes class 7th, 8th, 9th&10th, you should confirm this. Now coming to your point in sample papers generally they use to have some what difficult paper as compared to the Main ANTHE question paper.
Question paper will include your general knowledge questions mainly and NCERT book back exercises questions as per to check that how concentrated you are towards your studies.
Sample papers are generally the hard questions as per the class which you are giving the paper. Its better to not have much faith on your sample paper result you main ANTHE exam will be better than no doubt.
