The cells which do not have a well organised nucleus and do not have a separate nuclear membrane is called are called Prokryotic cells.
example: bacteria, blue green algae etc.
The cells which have a well organised nucleus with definite nuclear membrane are called Eukryotic cells.
example: plants and animals.
