What is the diffusion rate of red phosphorus in air??

Red phosphorous may be formed by heating white phosphorous to 250°C(482°F),or by exposing white phosphorous to sunlight.
Bright red phosphorous is highly reactive and ignites at 300°C(572°F),though it is more stable than white phosphorous,which ignites at 30°C(86°F)
