The dimension of total distance travelled is [L] and that of total time taken is [T]

So, dimension \: of \: average \: speed \: is  \\  = \frac{[L]}{[T]}   \\  = [L][ {T}^{ - 1} ] \\  = [L{T}^{ - 1}] \\

So v in dimensions formula (v)=(M^0LT^-1)
