Unemployment is a situation in which people willing to do the work or job don't find any job ,or job related opportunities.
Unemployment is of two types ,seasonal unemployment and disguised unemployment
- For example,Graduates and post graduates don't find any job nowadays .
- Construction workers are free during the rainy and winter season.(seasonal unemployment)
- In disguised unemployment, more than required labour is working,like,in a farm 8 people are required but 12 are working. 4 extra people come in disguised unemployment.
