What is the displacementof afixed point on the earth when the earth completes one rotation about its axis​

Through the rotation, the displacement is the circumference of the Earth traveled about the axis. But as soon as the point reaches its original position on completion of the rotation, displacement becomes zero due to the vector product formulation.
