What is the divisibilty rule for 16 with example

for example in 4373408 at last 4 digits 3408 r divisible by 16 entire number is divisible by 16. if this is complicated one can also try the rule if the 1000 digits is even take the last 3 digits but if the 1000 digit is odd add 8 to the last 3 digits

→ If the thousands digit is even, check the number formed by last 3 digits. If it's divisible by 16, whole number is divisible by 16

eg, 254,176 
176

→ If the thousands digit is odd, check the number formed by last 3 digits.If the number formed plus 8 is divisible by 16, whole number is divisible by 16

eg,  3408
408+8=416

→ If the last four digits is divisible by 16. 

→ Add the last two digits to four times the rest. if that number is divisible by 16, whole number is divisible by 16.

eg, 176 
1×4+76 = 80

→ subtract 5 times the last digit from the rest 

eg, 221
22-1×5 = 17
