What is the domain of 1/f(x) ?

Domain is the set of real values of the variable for which the function is defined .

1/f(x) is not defined when 1/f(x) = 1/0

If f(x) = 0 , then 1/f(x) becomes 1/0 hence undefined.

The domain of 1/f(x) is R - { 0 }
