And also they are bought up by clearing the UPSC examination..

LAND ASSESSMENT
LAND ACQUISITION
COLLECTION OF LAND REVENUE
COLLECTION OF INCOME TAX DUES, EXCISE DUTIES, IRRIGATION DUES etc.
DISTRIBUTION OF AGRICULTURAL LOANS.....
