Answer: it has a positive effect as the enviornment gets cleaned and the recyclable things are recycled and reused and hence its a profit for the nature as well as us . But for the rag pickers the effect may prove to be negative bcoz they may pick up some toxic material that may harm them and going in dirty enviornments may degrade the quality of their health . Also most of the rag pickers are small children and these children do not get educational facilities and hence the literacy rate of the country will be affected as well as our country's future will be in danger
