Answer: Molality is independent of change in temperature but molarity changes with temperature..

Explanation: As we know molality is no. of moles of solute per kg Solvent...i.e, it is dependent only on MASS of solvent..which is not affected by temperature.

Whereas molarity is no. of moles of solute per litre of solution...i.e, molarity depends on VOLUME and vol is dependent on temperature..hence molarity changes with temperature...

For increase in temperature, vol of solution increases therefore the molarity decreases..while with decrease in temp., molarity increases..

Hope it helps ya:)

Answer:

Molarity (M) is defined as the number of moles of solute per liter of solution.

Molality (m) is defined as the number of moles of solute per kilogram of solvent.
