Answer: Because when intensity of incident light increases, it means that number of photons increases in incident light. If number of incident photons increases, then number of emitted photo electrons also increases, consequently the photo electric current increases.

Answer:

As intensity increases, photoelectric effect may increase.

As intensity of light increases, the number of photons stricking the surface will increase.

If frequency of radiation is more then threshold frequency then photoelectric effect increase and if it is less than frequency of incident radiation then photoelectric will not be observed even after increasing the intensity.
