Sunstroke is a condition in which the body is unable to manage the heat it accessed. Due to the imbalance of heat in the body, major organs start to fail. Sunstroke is possible due to access to high temperatures of the sun.

Sunstroke can affect a community as if the temperature is high it would affect the people of the whole community not only a significant person. For example, in the farmers community everyone has to work out in the field. Hence, the high temperature would put an effect on everyone.
