The Noble Eight fold path of Buddhism is introduced by Gautam Buddha in order to achieve Nirvana.

The eight fold path of Buddhism is :-

1. Right Understanding : To understand properly is important before sharing it with someone else. So,we should understand properly before sharing it or keeping it with ourselves.

2. Right Livelihood : To live properly without any resentment and desires is a must to attain Nirvana because sacred living means sacred thoughts.

3. Right Speech : To speak properly without any lies,jealous thoughts,etc should be a quality of every noble man as speech should be proper to not hurt any other person because words are sharper than knife.

4. Right View : To see correctly is automatically necessary for having right thoughts and understandings. If a person sees correct view of an event that is happening,then only he can give right thoughts not any misunderstanding.

5. Right Action : Action by any person should be skillful and harmful which shouldn't harm any person near them.

6. Right Intention. : Every action done by a person should be with proper mindfulness and intention,shouldn't do anything because of any harmful intention.

7. Right Conduct. : The conduct should always be clear and right in order to enable a person to attain Nirvana.

8. Right Effort. : Any effort done by a man should be true and should be done in right place. Useless efforts doesn't pay any fruits except pain.

According to Buddha,one can end all the sorrows if their lives by removing all the desires and wishes that we pray all the time to god. Yes,it is hard and even impossible to leave then as it gave us a hope to live but without those desires,the life can be simple and easy to leave.
