Steps :
1) We know, that Kinetic Energy of an Electron when it got accelerated through a potential difference of 100.0kV is given
=> q * V
=> 1.6 * 10^(-19) C * 100 * 10^3 V
=> 1.6 * 10^(-14) J

If potential Energy at that point is assumed to be 0,
Then
Total Energy = 1.6 * 10^(-14) J
