Heya.......
______________________________
Newton's law of gravitation:-
Every particle of matter attracts every other particle with a force whose magnitude is i)directly proportional to the product of their masses
ii)inversely proportional to the square of distance between them and independent of medium .This force is directly along the line joining the centres of a two particles.
Let m1 and m2 be the masses of two particle separated by the distance r apart the magnitude of force of attraction called as gravitational force of attraction is given by
F= G m1×m2/r^2
where G is constant called the universal constant of gravitation
G = 6.67×10^-11Nm^2/kg^2
