Hi

Here is ur answer

POINT - SLOPE FORM

Given that,

The point (2,-6) = ( x₁ , y₁)

Slope = m = -34

( y - y₁) = m ( x - x₁)

( y - (-6)) = -34 ( x - 2 )

( y + 6 ) = -34(x -2)

y + 6 = -34x + 68

34x + y = 68 - 6

34x + y = 62  or 34x + y - 62 = 0

Hope it helps U
