Equation of circle having co-ordinates of centre h , k and radius r is

( x - h )² + ( y - k )² = r²

here h = 3 , k = 2 and r = 6

So, Equation of this circle is

( x - 3 )² + ( y - 2 )² = 6²

OR

x² + y² -6x - 4y - 23=0

equation of circle of radius 'r' and centre (h,k)is

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2

(x-3)^2+(y-2)^2=6^2

x^2-6x+9+y^2-4y+4=36

x^2+y^2-6x-4y-23=0

I hope this answer helps you.
