now,
equation of line ,
( y - y1) = m( x -x1)
here
x1 = -3
y1 = -4
m = 0
so,
( y +4) = 0×( x +3)
y + 4 = 0
hence , y = -4 is equation of line .
now,
equation of line ,
( y - y1) = m( x -x1)
here
x1 = -3
y1 = -4
m = 0
so,
( y +4) = 0×( x +3)
y + 4 = 0
