[0010001111]... Hello User... [1001010101]
Here's your answer...

(x1, y1) = (-1, 2)
(x2, y2) = (1, -4)

Slope of line m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
= (2-(-4))/(1-(-1))
= 6/2
= 3

y-intercept c = -1 from the graph

y = mx+c
y = 3x-1

This is the required equation.
