what is the equivalent resistance when four resistance 2.5 ohm each are connected in parallel​

For parallel combination :-1/R = 1/R1 +1/R2 +1/R3 +1/R4

therefore ;

1/R = 1/2.5 ×4

=> 1/R = 4/2.5

=> 1/R = 8/5

=> R = 5/8 ohm

i.e R = 1.6 ohm
