the mesokaryotic cells are those cells which resembles with the both eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells which contains the nucleus like eukaryotic cells but the division of the nucleus like the division of prokaryotic cells called amitosis .
it mainly concern with the diniflagellates and marine plankton and algae.
