___________HEY MATE_________

SOME EXCEPTION TO THE LAW OF DEMAND-----------------

⚫ ARTICLE OF DISTINCTION---

These articles are demanded only because of their prices are very high .If their prices fall they will no longer be considered as article of distinction and their demand will shrink .

⚫GIFFEN GOODS--------

Giffen Goods are highly inferior goods ,showing a very high negative income effect .As a result when price of such commodity Falls the demand also fall even when they happen to be relatively cheaper than Other goods .

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU ☺️

It is the maximum amount of money a consumer is willing to pay and is able to pay for such quantity of the commodity. The law of demand states that when the price of goods falls its demand increases and when the price of the goods rises its demand decreases. However, there are some Exceptions to the Law of Demand.

hope it helps.uu...!!❤
