What is the final velocity of an object thrown upwards?whAt about it’s acceleration,positive or negative?

It all depends on what axis you had taken +ve for calculation-

★★Generally we take upward direction as +ve according to which acceleration on the body will be negative (because of gravitational)

★★Finally velocity will be zero because force acts on downward direction.
