As you can see the number 1350 is divisible by 2,3,5,6,9.

So ,1350= digit 2 will appear 675 times=222222222....675 times

1350=Digit 3 will appear 450 times=333333........450 times

1350=Digit 5 will appear 250 times=55555555.....250 times

1350=Digit 6 will appear 225 times=666666666......225 times

1350=Digit 9 will appear 150 times=9999999.......150 times.

As you can try different permutation and combination of different digits to make the sum of the digits 1350, But 9 being the greatest digit, So If you write 9 =150 times=999999....150 times sum of digits will be 1350.

So first digit from either side will be 9.
