Your address is written at top right corner.

Receiver address is written at top of the envelope but can be written on top left of the letter as well.

Body content of the letter is written in friendly tone. There should be at least 3 paragraphs, first for reason, second for explanation, third is for conclusion.

Opening entirely depends on your relationship with the receiver, hi name, dear name, mr/ms/mrs name.

Very first sentence usually starts with question about their well being or of family.

Ending sentence depends on what was letter about, if you are looking forward to meet them write that or whatever it is.

Signature is again very friendly like love, kind regards, best wishes or just your name.
