firstly I the top centre comes the name of institute in capital letters issuing that notice..
NAME OF INSTITUTION
date........
NOTICE
NAME OF TOPIC OR EVENT
.........BODY......

SIGNATURE
NAME (IN BLOCK LETTERS )
designation of person issuing notice.

in body you must write the characteristics of event or anything..is duration..happening time..date..place .... programme.. be brief and to the point.
do not exceed the limit of 50 words..

the signature and designation are must...
convey message clearly in the body of notice...
