we can easly expande the binomial explanation of positive power by formula

(a+b)^n =nC0a^n b^0 +nC1 a^(n-1)b^1...........nCn a^0 b^n.

but for negative power formula is

(1+x)^-n = 1 - n.x^0/1 +1.n.(n-1).x^1/2! - n.(n-1).(n-2)x^2/3! .........................
