What is the formula for Newton's Universal Law of Gravity?

F=Gm1m2/r^2 where m1 and m2 are the masses and r is the distance between them and G is constant.

Newton's law of universal gravitation states that every particle attracts every other particle in the universe with a force which is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between their centers. 

Let the two masses q1 and q2 are kept at a distance 'r' apart. If the effective force acting between them be F, then according to Newton's Universal Law of Gravitation , (please see the above picture)
