Change of velocity means that the moving object is accelerating or deaccelerating and it is given by the formula: a=(v2-v1)/(t2-t1) a stands for acceleration, v1 and v2 for change in speed and t1 and t2 for the change in time.

v=s/t                                                               where v= velocity , s=displacement

thus, t=s/v

but as velocity changes,

t=s/v₂-v₁
