The formula for heat is=ΔQ=C∨pρΔu
This is given in the chapter thermodynamics.

You have to use this simple formula: 
Q = m*c*∆T 
Where, Q is the heat, m is the mass, c is the specific heat and ∆T is the variation of temperature (in Kelvin or ºC).
