first we multiply 1st and 3rd term.
them split the 2nd term by using the factors of 1st and 3rd term.

example.
1st term is 2x^2 and 3rd term is 3 and 2nd term is 5x
first multiply 1st and 3rd term
answer 6
6 can be factorised as
6×1
2×3

we can write 5x as
2x+3x
or
6x-x



but if we use 2x+3x
answer will not be right.
but by 6x-x answer will be right.
so we use it as per our use and answer.
