What is the formula to find wave number of an atom according to Bohr's atomic model?​

Hey dear,

To find the wave number we use Rydberg Equation

1/λ = RZ^2(1/n1^2 - 1/n2^2)

1/λ = Wave number

R = Rydberg Constant (109677 m-1 )

λ is the wavelength of the photon (wavenumber = 1/wavelength)

Z = atomic number of the atom

n1 and n2 are integers where n2 > n1.
