We know that,

F=1/time period

therefore, F== 1000/15
= 66.66 Hz ans.
hope it helps

Given:

  • Time period of wave = 0.015 sec

To find:

  • Frequency of the wave ?

Calculation:

  • Frequency is defined as the total number of complete oscillations made by the medium particles in 1 second.

  • In other words, frequency is often said to be the reciprocal of time period.

 frequency =  \dfrac{1}{Time \: period}

 \implies f =  \dfrac{1}{T}

 \implies f =  \dfrac{1}{0.015}

 \implies f =  \dfrac{1000}{15}

 \implies f = 66.67 \: hz

So , frequency of the wave is 66.67 Hz.
