diaphragm plays a vital role in our body as the diaphragm is a disk-shaped layer of muscle that bisects your chest cavity laterally. Attached to the bottom of the ribs and stretching backward and slightly downward to the lumbar vertebrae, it is quite flexible, but it is also one of the body’s toughest and strongest muscles.
