I will try my best to explain in the easiest way -

Saliva- The function of Saliva is to moisten the food stuff so that it will be easier to swallow down food through our esophagus ( food pipe ) . Saliva is also responsible for facilitate mastication "chewing". It is produced by salivary glands .

Bile juice - The main function of bile juice is to digest fats . Bile juice is secreted from gall bladder present in liver .

Panceratic juice - The pancreatic juices are Trypsin, amylase and lipase they digest protein, starch and fats respectively.
