Answer:Pineal Body is a small, flat, white granule, which is located on the hollow vendor on the middle of the densphalone in the forebrain.

It is also known as epiphysis cerebelli cerebri.

This gland releases hormone called melatonin, which affects the growth of testes and ovaries.

The secretion of this hormone is more in sunlight. Due to the presence of sunlight in the eyes of the blind, the release of this hormone is high and there is sexual maturation before time.

Note ☞ If the pineal work is removed from the body, then the growth of the ovaries stops.
