Function of vacuole:
A vacuole is usually found in all plants and fungal cell, as well as some cell of protists, animals and bacteria. These membrane bound structures are basically just enclosed compartment that are filled with both inorganic or organic molecules along with water to support the organelle.

Vacuoles are the cell organelle which acts as a store house for waste products and any variety of nutrients.
These are present both in plants and animals but are large in plants.
They provide turgidity and rigidity to the cells and maintains internal hydrostatic pressure of turgor within the cell .
Also, they maintains an acidic internal PH.
