gain = SP - CP

SP will be

132.75 as shown.

CP would be

25*4.5

as 25 packs and 4.5 rupees for each pack.

= 112.45

profit would be = 132.75 - 112.45

= 20.3

CP = 112.45

gain %

$\frac{20.3}{112.45} \times 100$

$\frac{2030}{112.45}$

= 18.05 %
