x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2 where r is the radius of the circle,

and h,k are the coordinates of its center.

(x-3)^2+(y-8)^2 = 25

x^2-6x+9 +y^2-16x+64 = 25

x2 + y2 + 6x + 16y + 48 = 0

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2.
(x-3)^2+(y-8)^2=25
X+9-6x+y+64-16y-25=0
x^2+y^2-6x-16y+48=0
