Table + cat - turtle = 170

From Picture 2:

Table - cat + turtle = 130

So putting the 2 equations together:

Table + cat - turtle = 170 -------------------- [ 1 ]

Table - cat + turtle = 130 -------------------- [ 2 ]

[ 1 ] + [ 2 ] :

2 Tables = 170 + 130

2 Tables = 300

1 Table = 300 ÷ 2  = 150 cm

Answer: The table is 150 cm
