The importance of the D.N.A copying in reproduction are-
@It is importance because it gave a general character from their parents which is necessary for a new born baby.
And the variation is beneficial to the species but not necessary for the individual because if its happens in species they survive according to that reason and it may be more tallented than before generation which is more helpful for them but its not necessary for individual because by the effect of that on any individual it may be good or bad for them.

I HOPE IT WILL BE HELPFUL FOR YOU.

1. ♤ DNA contains information for inheritance of characters from parents to the next-generation.

♤ As a result of DNA copying, blueprints of body design are produced which passes through parents to the offspring.

♤ Thus , DNA copying maintain the features in different generations of a species.

♤ DNA copying may creates variation which are useful for survival of species over a period of time.

2. ♤ A species include large no. Of individuals of same kind. All the organisms of a species have similar body design and well adapted to the place.

♤ If there is a variation arise from the individual it might not be beneficial to it, even this variation may lead to the death of the individual.

♤ but the variation may be beneficial if the species faces a drastically altered condition.

♤ In this condition the population may wiped out completely but of some variation are there few individual can survive and thus variation is beneficial for the species.
