Importance of DNA copying:-
Replication of DNA is an important part of sexual reproduction.
The major advantage of DNA copying it produces variations :-
- During DNA replication variations are produced which helps the organism to adapt with the changing environment and surroundings.
- Due to production of variation the organism doesnot loses vigour and vitality.
- As DNA replication produces variation it leads to the very slow process evolution.
Besides there are some disadvantages of DNA replication :-
- If faulty DNA replication occurs it can lead to many deformities in the body (or) abnormalities.
- If faulty DNA replication occurs it will lead to many genetics disease like Muscular Dystrophy, Haemophilia, Sickle cell anemia.
- It can also result in malfunctioning of diffrent organs
such as a man is unable to see right from his birth.
All over DNA replication is advantageous for a sexually reproducing organisms.
