Election Symbols are the symbols which signifies the participating teams in the elections. These symbols are allocated to these parties so that while voting the people may not get confused and also the symbols are decided such a way that the symbols selected are of daily life values only so that the people going to vote can easily determine and remember which symbols of their favorite party they have to vote. They also says about the party's motto, theme, beliefs, etc...
The Commission has issued in order, namely Election Symbols Reservation and Allotment to allot symbols.
National parties of Delhi:
1) Aam Aadmi party
Symbol:-Broom.
2) Bharatiya Janatha party.
Symbol:-Lotus.
3)Bahujan Samaj Party
Symbol:-Elephant (any 2)
