The greatest objective n the most imp of electricity is for farmers in rural areas as the technology is going ahead, they can use internet to find information and get educated n learn how to increase crop yield, how to maintain them etc.
Other objectives are: electricity is need for housing and providing services.
Also rural need electricity for lighting purpose, water, etc just like we ppl living in towns/cities! hope this helped!
