1.Political institutions are very important for a good running of a government.
 It takes a lot of time for a good decision to be taken .  
Also, for taking right decisions, political institutions are needed.
 The important function of them, is itself taking a right decision, and criticizing the bad decisions.
If there are no political institutions, the decisions taken will affect the people.
