Water makes up most part of all the food items that we consume. Water is added in almost all the food. Water is required for all body functions and to maintain our body temperature. Many chemical reactions happen due to water. The ions present in water and minerals help in muscle contraction and nerve impulse. Nutrients are transported by water to all parts of the body. Loss of water in the form of sweat helps to remove toxins from our body Drinking 2-3 liters of water daily keeps the body healthy.So adequate water with a balanced diet is important to our body.
