The leaves will turn towards the sun, and if you cover them with a plastic sheet for a couple of hours or more, you will see water vapor forming from transpiration during photosynthesis. Internal observation : If you observe a cell of the leaf using a microscope, you will observe plastids and chloroplasts too!
